He acted alone based on the NPR article. Flynn will not be prosecuted for Logan Act violations.

It's not like he was actually selling uranium to the Russians.

The link provided is not NPR? Michael Flynn May Want to Call the ACLU it's from lawfareblog

...At the time, I argued that the troubling philosophy of incoming national security adviser retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn could well result in major abuses. I worried about surveillance policy directed by a man who once tweeted that “fear of Muslims is RATIONAL,” and who both disdained basic facts and embraced conspiracy theories. (While Flynn’s departure will require a few edits, my conclusion remains the same—on civil liberties, fear of Trump is rational.)

...We do know, however, that these conversations were leaked to the press by multiple high-level national security officials. President Trump has tweeted his outrage at this leaking; this is curious, as it was his decision to accept Flynn’s resignation, and he could have kept Flynn on if he thought the leak campaign against him unfair. Still, while it pains me to admit it, Trump has a point. Such leaking is reckless. There will be serious damage to national security if this particular source of intelligence dries up as a result. While foreign ambassadors in Washington surely know they may be targets of U.S. eavesdropping, they may not have known if intelligence agencies have succeeded—though they do now. ...

So, now it's known that it wasn't just Flynn and it wasn't just contact with the Russian ambassador. At least a handful of tRump insiders have been in cahoots with the KGB since before the election.

This is going deeper.

Considerably deeper.

The NY Times isn't trustworthy I wouldn't believe anything they write. None of this is going to come back on Trump it's just wishful thinking from the people still butthurt and crying from the election. They're so pathetic they look for any little tidbit they can. This actually could come back to haunt Obama more than anyone.

Here is the timeline of the whole situation. Again just all wishful thinking from the wack job lefties.

A few days later, and acting as Trump's national security adviser(and presumably, a chief foreign-policy expert), Flynn gets a phone-call from the Russian Ambassador, and part of the call includes a discussion about the recent Russian sanctions.

And Keith Olbermann is calling for him to be tried for treason?

I know that they have the transcripts, so what did he actually say? And if they were so incriminating, why didn't Obama release them?

I'm fine with Flynn stepping down. I don't think he actually said anything that matters, but the fact that he "forgot" to mention it to Mike Pence, makes him look incompetent.
I agree with this. The dnc, msm, and Obama layovers that have infiltrated our intelligence depts have Trumped up claims that are false and treasonous.

So, option 3) Flynn did nothing wrong and was sabotaged.

Oh, and 4) Scapegate!

What a . Laugh.

The issue with your timeline is that when the conversations happened Trump was NOT the President, only the President-elect, Flynn was NOT his National Security Advisor, only the announced nominee to that position - in essence Flynn was nothing more than a private citizen at the time the discussions were had.

Of course you don't. Only rational Americans who want real info pay attention to articles in the NYT.

That's unintentionally amusing.

I'm sure that's what Limpblob and Hannity have you believing. Their take is right up there with Obama's birth certificate and that "child porn ring in the basement of a DC pizzeria." You know - the one that it turned out didn't even have a basement. Yeah - the one Flynn himself was squaking about. What a shock that it turns out he's a sleazy liar. Possibly even a traitor.

Problem for Trumplings is, this isn't happening in the right wing alternate universe of a hateful divisive campaign. This is real world stuff with real world consequences. And it's looking very UNgood for tRump & Co right now.

What's that you're saying, Dubya?
