At the very top of that link, for 2007, the percentage of people "exposed to rape" was 1.1%. For 2014, it was 1.8%. And in 2013, it was 2.4%(more than double what it was in 2007).
Further down the list, the percentage of rapes by "strangers" is rising. In 2007, rapes by strangers was only 51% of total rapes. In 2014, it is 63% of total rapes.
The next section is called "reported sex offences". And in 2006, they totaled 12,147. But by 2014, they totaled 20,326(an increase of about 67%).
The section after that deals with "clearance rates"(IE where the perpetrator is caught). The clearance rate was at a peak in 2009, where 31% of rapes ended in a conviction. But that number has plummeted, and by 2015, only 14% of all rapes ended in a conviction(IE 86% of perpetrators "got away with it").
So what statistics exactly are you looking at? Yes, there was a slight drop in 2014 compared to 2013. But crime is going up in Sweden, while it is going down almost everywhere else in the world.

For those of us who have traveled to , and are acquainted with Sweden , the rate of rape carried out by Muslim men has increased dramatically in the last several years. Now, bear in mind , as was told to me by a Swedish national, many girls do not even report the crimes , out of fear of being alienated in their community, or worse still being accused of encouraging sex crimes in the first place. Sweden right now, does not like to see any damaging reports or allegations their refugee pet project is not a resounding success. As such , they are intent on covering up what is really happening in Sweden. Ignore it and just get on with your life seems to be the order of the day. Although hard to do so when your daughter is being chased down the road by a group of Muslim sex offenders.
Sweden is now so soft , it is afraid of it's own shadow. Such an affluent and productive nation , yet such low self esteem as a people.

I'll bet it's 4 times that amount. We should hire 10's of thousands of ICE agents. Pull the roles from California, New York, Colorado etc and use that list to round them up and send them home. A free bus ticket to the Mexican border. If they made it to our borders they can made it back to their home country. All these states that catered to illegals have a ripe database that will allow us to quickly locate illegals.
And due to the 10th amendment the states do not have to share those databases with the Federal Govt.
