Trump only said its a state issue not a federal one.....I agree.....I personal think if you were born with a penis you use the Men's Restroom or showers........if you were born with a vagina you use the women's restroom or showers.

if I mentally feel like a woman can I go take showers with the girls soccer team at the university or go undress and walk around naked in the women's dressing room at my gym?

I wonder if this gets to the S.C. how will the judges rule on this because this is getting beyond weird.

I have a pretty good idea how this poll will turn out since the vast majority here on the conservative side will pick no.

fun fact, the country is pretty evenly split among people who find it offensive, and those who think its great. Its one of those great wedge issues.

Other fun fact? If transgender folks do use the bathroom on their birth certificate, a LOT of folks will completely and utterly freak out. You're going to see REALLY masculine folks in the womens bathrooms, and REALLY feminine in the mens. People are going to get hurt, and killed.

Its really a non issue to most people as it affects such a small percentage of the population.

Who have friends, and family members. Yeah its what? 0.4%? right? So 1 in 250.

I mean hey, messing over of 1 in 250 people is fine....right? I mean, really, why should they marry, or have the right to not be discriminated against. Right?

Maybe next we can go after the left handed. Or males with long hair!

Your reasoning has some significant flaws.

Transgender is just the latest "thing".

I wonder what the SJWs will come up with after they're done with that.

They always have to have some sort of "injustice" to be obsessed over.

People already get hurt and killed over this. And I agree people will, and have freaked out before. I've seen the looks on other people's faces when my kid (birth certificate female) has visited the women's bathroom with me. And that's probably ten times better than if this kid visited the Men's room. Might sound generally sexist but my experience is that women are more tolerant to differences.

No. No, Dechatelet. Not for those who actually live with it or have loved ones who do. It's not trendy for them. It's not fun. Especially when they have to deal with people who think like you.

They dealt with people who think like me just fine for thousands of years.

Nobody freaked out over Christine Jorgensen in the 1950s.

But men in dresses following little girls into the ladies' restroom is not something that anyone should expect would ever be accepted by a normal society.
