Wow, you don't know anything about Washington. There are still Obama and still Bill Clinton people working in these agencies that are leaking this information... not Trump's people... people still work there from the Bill Clinton days at these agencies.
Really. Well, can you please tell me exactly which people on the White House staff (which is where these leaks are coming from) are there because they were hired by Bill Clinton and Barack Obama? Which former Clinton and Obama staffers are still working in the Trump creature's inner circle? And why did the Trump creature allow them to remain in that inner circle?

Spicer just interrogated his people, and searched their phones. Not Obamas "people" his. Many (not all) of the leaks coming out are from people in the inner circle. and there are no Obama folks there.
Leaks are coming from EVERYWHERE. And thats the point. People are leaking cause they think the POTUS is a threat to democracy at worst, incompetent at best.
What a colossal, whining snowflake. Now it's somehow Obama's fault that his own handpicked staffers are leaking stories to the press about what a clustermess his Administration is.
No explanation, of course, about exactly how Obama managed to infiltrate his staff. If President Snowflake is that paranoid, why did he hire Obama people to work in his Administration? Newsflash, Donny - the only people with access to that information are people you hired, so if they're unreliable, what does that say about you?
Moron.
OK, so I read the new story you linked to and not once does it state Trump claims that Obama is responsible for leaks from his own handpicked staffers. There are so many legitimate things to criticize about this president and the way he conducts himself, so why do you have to lie like that?
If you need at least circumstantial evidence to support the idea that Obama might have some role to play in the intelligence leaks, consider the following:
For decades, the only agency that had access to raw signal intelligence was the NSA;
That was good enough for Obama for 7.99 years of his own administration;
Two weeks before leaving office, Obama implemented a rule change -- not an executive order, but a rule change which is a lot more hush-hush -- to give some 15 additional intelligence agencies access to raw signal intelligence, making it far more difficult to track down the source of leaks;
Almost immediately afterwards, the flood of leaks starts pouring out of numerous intelligence agencies.

"I think that President Obama is behind it" - Donald Trump
Where else do you think the leaks about the White House are coming from? Other than, you know... uh... the White House?
Can you find a single sentence in your source where he refers to leaks from the White House? I mean, he may well have been since your source is a second-hand account, and he's certainly flighty enough to say something that goofy. But your claim is not supported by the source you provided.

That's a fair point and an astute observation, but - I think it's worth noting that Trump himself makes no distinction between leaks from intelligence agencies and leaks from his White House staff. So why should I?

"You never know what's exactly happening behind the scenes. You know, you're probably right or possibly right, but you never know," Trump said in the interview, a clip of which was released Monday night. "No, I think that President Obama is behind it because his people are certainly behind it. And some of the leaks possibly come from that group, which are really serious because they are very bad in terms of national security. But I also understand that is politics. In terms of him being behind things, that's politics. And it will probably continue."
As far as the Trump creature is concerned, leaks are leaks. And according to him, Barack Obama is to blame. If he doesn't see the importance of making a distinction between which leaks he is talking about, then why should I? I take him at his word and respond accordingly.
Please don't tell me this is going to turn into yet another thread where his supporters say, "Oh, well, no, you can't expect him to mean what he said - that's not fair! He must have meant something else, and shame on you for assuming he meant it the way he said it!"
