They are a group with a shared agenda that took that agenda to the street. When they stopped and threatened motorists, they took it to the street. When they decided to stop at an eight-year-old's birthday, and threaten to kill the people attending the party, they did so as part of their agenda.

But if I had been on the jury, I would have voted to acquit, based on the DA piling on ridiculous charges like calling them a "street gang."
