A wire tap may have existed, but who was it on? A Trump staffer? Somebody else living in the Trump Tower? Trump himself?

And then who authorized it? If it was authorized by FISA, it is perfectly legal; that is the purpose of the FISA court. If the FBI asked for it, that is not Obama, that is a law enforcement agency that is charged with enforcing US laws. If a law is being broken, it does not matter if it was Trump or who it was.

There are lots of questions here. The biggest is what exactly was going on that prompted the FBI (or CIA) to believe that someone had broken US laws, and furthermore that the wrong doing was serious enough to overcome the high bar that would be set if it were Trump or his staff.

Obama has high integrity. Trump does not; that came out over and over in the campaign. I believe he is still going through litigation for all the money he ripped off from his Trump University scam. I give the benefit of doubt to Obama on this.
