It's past time to both 'drain the swamp' and the activist benches. But, the problem with transferring legislative control over to the judicial branch is that its hard to get the worms back in the can.

Obama and the left went off the rails with out-of-control Executive orders and is now getting a "dose of its own medicine." The activist judiciary can also swing to the right. But, this is not how America was ever intended to operate.
Of course the government was not crafted by the founders to be acting like the way it is today. The president has sole POWER of immigration. It is stated in the constitution . The judicial branch (courts and judges) are acting like they have power over immigration and can spread the bill of rights to the entire planet. Even people that are not citizens, nor green card holders of the country.

He's the worst thing to ever happen to this country.
You need to step back, your losing your marbles and spewing hate speech prompting another civil war. The mods should ban you.

Uh, no it can't, since the establishment of the Supreme Court is codified in Article III of the Constitution.
The Constitution can be amended and changed entirely. It's happened many many many times. Like I said wait till we start getting 5/4 decisions and you will be the first one on here saying the courts have too much power lol.

Elections are by population, not by land. The vast majority of this country is sparsely populated. Nobody cares about the fly-over states. The blue regions are the engine of this country.

Yes which is why its "possible" that there will be a Democratic president "next year."
You need to think out of the box to figure out how that can happen.

It hasn't happened many many many times. The Constitution has only been amended 27 times in 228 years. Amending the Constitution is quite rare, and extremely hard to do.

Stop talking about things you know nothing about.

I believe this is a great opportunity to take a look at how we as a nation need new people on the hill. The same tired old agendas is not helping anyone. Come on think outside of the box for once Washington. If your really worried about our country and our safety against terrorism then what other ways besides banning people based on nationality, religion or race can you come up with? One very simple solution and its not hard. Is to just extend the vetting process longer for every person wanting to enter our country. This gives us more time to protect ourselves and its not unconstitutional. But I guess one has to not be brainwashed to think outside of the box.

As the new truth is now about how one sees it it. I think it is a ban of any brown person that exists that can be kept away, sent away, or stopped from becoming a majority.

But you said the court has absolute power. So do you agree that you were wrong? I never said it was easy only that it was possible. You are the one that claimed the SC had absolute power. Do you agree that that statement is wrong?

And if Democrats do take the House, it means a good chance of a Democratic President before 2020!
None of this is backed by facts. The only way that would ever happen is if there is a Democratic speaker of the house "3rd in line to succession" but that won't happen because the VP is the next in line.

I didn't say absolute power, I said final say on Constitutional/legal matters.

If the Constitution is amended, the criteria by which the courts base their decision on changes.
