If Ryan wins on his healthcare plan, he'll double-down on Medicare. He has promised to raise the eligibility age for Medicare to 67. And to shift the cost of Medicare from the government to the seniors themselves.
President Bonkers promised to 'not cut' Medicare, but raising the age and shifting costs are not 'cuts' in his little brain.
