Because as a Republican, I'm relieved that the FBI is investigating Team Trump, because once cleared, the media will struggle to keep Russia in the headlines.....

That is a leading question.

I do not consider myself a Democrat nor Republican. Although they all want my votes, if I wanted to serve in public office they would be quick to point out that I am not really one of them and skewer me. Knowing this I feel no need to defend either party. Lately I have been leaning away from the Repubs because the party has gone somewhat astray.

Instead of answering your question I will say this country needs to clear the air. All investigations must go forward and not be hindered by anyone. Let's get to the bottom of this and if nothing is found that will be a relief of sorts and we should move on.
