AHCA is a terrible bill. If Trump were as politically astute as he thinks he is, he would never have gone for it.

We'll just have to see whether he gets better at picking legislative ideas. The infrastructure initiative in particular could and should have something in it for everyone.

His infrastructure initiative is mostly about giving out handouts to his builder cronies and other types of corrupt corporate welfare, so it will be tough going if he insists on being corrupt to get legislation passed.

As it's been proposed, yes, there are major problems with it. Still, if he is willing to give on some of it, he could get bipartisan support and some real stuff would get done.

It means it will be haarrrdd. Who knew passing legislation could be this complicated. So much more difficult than buying a piece of property when you are holding all the cards, or convincing people to take out massive debt to go to Trump U.

But on the other hand, think what entertaining twitterstorms will erupt when Trump loses. Sad!

Hopefully it means they won't turn Medicare into vouchers, or cut Social Security, like many in the GOP legislative branch want to do.

Who knows it they will even agree on the massive spending for The Wall, especially since Trump promised that Mexico would pay for it.

Future legislative action by the GOP might be impacted if Trump attacks them via Twitter/in the press for not voting for TrumpCare(i.e 'my way or the highway'). If he attacks them too hard, they will dig in their heels and #resist.

TrumpCare is a POS, but Trump has been on the Hill hawking it like it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. He owns it now.

TumpCare it is, and TrumpCare it will ever be thus.

His first foray in the legislature and it is a massive FAIL.

Trump wants to spend money without limits but has no plans to pay for anything. Not one of his proposals will get passed.
