Using a critical & creative thinking approach, considering the circumstances, 'Medicare for All' seems to be the best option available. Arriving at this finding, using a critical & creative thinking strategy, does NOT imply this is a
perfect option & has no challenges in re: to implementation, working out the 'kinks' & so forth.
It's simply reality-based as opposed to based on ideological fantasy scenarios or cognitive distortions.
Along those same lines, it would be helpful to discard some of the legal & other fictions - some seem poorly conceived, misguided &/or heading in the wrong direction, for example the syllogism that begins with a fallacious major premise:

Beginning with the major premise that, fr'instance, 'Corporations are people, have the same rights ...' is problematic & is not reality-based. This leads to a plethora of syllogistic fallacies.
Personally, I think some of the 'false premises' 'black/white thinking patterns' (cognitive distortions) & lame fantasy-based ideological schticks need to be countered with reality. Otherwise, it does not appear we as a people will have the desire necessary to make a pragmatic, plausible, possible solution, such as 'Medicare for All,' come into being.
