Many big cities dont have numerous terror attacks and 9/11's? Tokyo is the biggest city in the world- no radical terror from immigrants or much crime at all? Osaka, Kyoto, Seoul, Hong Kong, Nagoya, Shenzen, Taipei?
Of the Muslim folks in these communities, something like 26% support Sharia Law and 4% sympathize with suicide bombers. Maybe that's where the terror attacks come from.
Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a Human Rights Activist and opponent of Female Genital Mutilation, is an opponent of Islam.
She thinks that politicians and legislators who don't understand Islam and their agenda are not qualified for their position.
She sees no problem with Trump's travel ban but does not agree with the clumsy legislation. She says that weakness creates aggression with this culture and says ideological vetting is difficult.

He said that terrorism preparedness, including providing sufficient support to the police, was “part and parcel of living in a great global city.”
“That means being vigilant, having a police force that is in touch with communities; it means the security services being ready, but it also means exchanging ideas and best practice,”
Terrorism is never acceptable anywhere ever. It's no fault of the fine city of London.
This attack took place one year to the day from Brussels attack.

Sadiq Khan is known to have shared platforms with Islamic extremists in the past. When his opponent in the Mayoral election brought this up, Khan skillfully played the race card, and then inevitably sailed to victory.

Almost completely the opposite of what those idiot radio stations y'all live for are telling you he said.

This and this.
You'd have to be a daft wanker like Donnie Jr. to not be prepared for the possibility of terrorist attacks while living in a large city.
Sadiq Khan has said he believes the threat of terror attacks are “part and parcel of living in a big city” and encouraged Londoners to be vigilant to combat dangers.
The Mayor of London revealed he had a “sleepless night” after the recent bombing in New York, and said major cities around the world “have got to be prepared for these sorts of things” to happen when people least expect them.
“That means being vigilant, having a police force that is in touch with communities, it means the security services being ready, but it also means exchanging ideas and best practice”, Mr Khan told the Evening Standard shortly before a meeting with New York mayor Bill de Blasio.

“Nothing is more important to me than keeping Londoners safe,” Mr Khan said at the time. “I want to be reassured that every single agency and individual involved in protecting our city has the resources and expertise they need to respond in the event that London is attacked.”

The Multicultural West seems very different?
The Mayor of London is a Muslim. What would you expect him to say? Big mistake, London. Let's hope people here in America wise up soon, or it's just a matter of time before we see an increase here. We have already had such an attack here on a smaller scale (Columbus, OH), and we have had other attacks by Jihadi's.
This is why Trump's "travel ban" is so important, but Democrats are willing to risk American's lives in order to "be nice" to our enemy.
Meh... It's his city. If he wants to be insouciant about it, that's his business.
If the people don't like him, they can vote him out.
