I don't know. They might be willing if he is deemed mentally unfit to continue on. There are so many questions about his stability and sanity, even by some GOP higher ups, that this might be the basis for getting him out of there. Lord knows, the man is bats*** crazy.
This. I think by the end of 2017 there could be solid grounds for impeachment and proceedings will begin. He may resign like Nixon did, or he may try to fight it. If full impeachment proceedings are carried out, it may take until 2018 or early 2019 to get him out of there.
