Default FBI obtained FISA warrant to monitor former Trump adviser Carter Page

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world...=.ffa8d1f3cec3

The FBI obtained a secret court order last summer to monitor the communications of an adviser to presidential candidate Donald Trump, part of an investigation into possible links between Russia and the campaign, law enforcement and other U.S. officials said.

The FBI and the Justice Department obtained the warrant targeting Carter Page’s communications after convincing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court judge that there was probable cause to believe Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power, in this case Russia, according to the officials.

This is the clearest evidence so far that the FBI had reason to believe during the 2016 presidential campaign that a Trump campaign adviser was in touch with Russian agents. Such contacts are now at the center of an investigation into whether the campaign coordinated with the Russian government to swing the election in Trump’s favor.

Just wait and see. The crappy muck that is the trump campaign will become visible when the swamp is drained. Just wait and see. No amount of pinprick missile attack on a country that can't hit back will distract the investigation. Drip, drip, drip.... we are patient.

Do you know that the FISA court approves over 99% of the warrant requests.

Spicer and others indicated they had no contact with the Russians, that is far from true.

day after day

I figure this is the reason we are seeing Trump cleaning house, they know the gig is up and are moving to limit damage by getting the heads lined up to chop.

Bannon is likley on the list but as the ranking "spy" he will likely be eased into a new role that does not require a high level of clearance or get some fake new job in Russia...
