one question i would ask is, who was doing the actual money laundering? can it be proven that trump was the one doing it? or did someone working high up in the organization do the deed? perhaps nothing was said because it couldnt be proven that trump had a hand in the deed.
if anyone were to bother looking into how many people it takes to run a casino/resort, they might find that any of the higher ups could have been laundering money through the casino without the knowledge of the owners of the business. or perhaps it was someone else in the ownership of the business. how much did trump own of the business at the time?
There was no money laundering.
Read the link, the OP lied about the money laundering.
There was no money laundering by the Trump casino.
Money laundering is a crime, the casino was given a civil fine for not following rules.
Again, there was no money laundering.
Russia probe: Senate requests Trump documents from agency that monitors money laundering
The Senate Intelligence Committee has requested information about President Donald Trump and his top aides from a financial intelligence unit in the Treasury Department.
The agency, known as FinCEN, imposed a $10 million civil penalty on Trump Taj Mahal in 2015 for multiple violations of money-laundering laws.

Yes, the casino was not compliant with the anti-money laundering rules, and was given a fine. Nowhere is there any mention of any money laundering.
Those are the facts.
Uh huh. You go ahead and believe that 10 million fine was for just accidentally forgetting, despite the fact that they stated it was wilful, and ongoing.
I mean, sure theres a 1 in 100 chance it was all accidental and all. But there is also a 1 in 600 million chance that I am actually Donald Trump trolling you all.
In this case, what did trump personally do? Was he stopping at the casino in the alley in the middle of the night with a black bag? He wasn't? What?
If I own stock in wal mart and wal mart gets fined for something am I supposed to go to jail for it?
Probably nothing. I haven't said Trump did. Might eb something, which is why these records are currently being investigated...but...I'm a betting man...1 in 23 he had anything to do with it. Im more surprised by the failure of it to make the election discussion.
If I may add nothing new to see here ... as this ^ is not new.
He has been in and out of court rooms so many times on harassment suits, (etc.) yet he never really grasped how the law works. And he is a man that never left the 80's.
btw: there are more of those where that came from. Trump was a jerk in the 80's and he hasn't changed a bit. But I think one probably has to be a baby boomer with a good memory to know this.
