As they say-Timing is everything. If he had a ounce of sense he would stop using twitter. I suspect new presidents make a lot of mis-steps at first, and no one learns about them because most presidents focus on their job, not on acting like a child.

The time to fire Comey was day 1, not day 1 after he starts a investigation going solidly. The comments from the right show a distinct lack of comprehension of this, and tend to be deflections. And Comeys explanation of why he did what he did resonated with a lot of people after they got to hear it.

Why would they need to invent something new? Truth, facts and reality haven't ever stopped them in the past. They've proven they're willing to repeat lies for YEARS, they certainly aren't going to quit using this one as long as Trump is in office.

Their citizens have also been responsible for thousands of deaths due to terrorism in the US yet they don't make the 'travel ban'. Nice work Donny.

Well, I'm not. This thread is CLEARLY about Trump. Try to stay focused.

At best, they may have figured they could release those emails (if they even did) to delegitimization Hillary's presidency. I just don't see how anyone seriously thought Trump was going to win. Look at the threads on this board after the election and you can see that even the ones constantly saying he would win were surprised that he actually did.
The Russians also tried to help Le Pen win in France -but they looked at our mistakes and thwarted them.

It is their desire to promote their brand of leadership around the world. Trump seemed to embody that; praised Putin; and still does.

The foolishness is going on at both ends of the spectrum.

As for Hilary Clinton, her indictment against her is her actual words in her campaign promising to continue Obama's policies bankrupting this nation.

I don't need more evidence than that, and what has been witnessed the past eight years.

Yet it is obvious that she lied to us about it.

Where's the Trump knowledge except for innuendo?

Ya know, Chubby Checker and Fats Domino would be really proud of some of you Trumpees......you sure do know how to twist.

You take something that Bernie said and bend it to mean he does not think there was anything going on, when all he was saying was that Trump MAY or MAY NOT have been involved, and if not, then let's move on. That was a very intelligent statement from a very intelligent, level headed man, not an endorsement that Trump is totally in the clear.

The investigation will determine that, and if it turns up nothing, we will move on, as Bernie suggested.
