Basically its this idea that in order to be a real man, you have to be tough, like sports, carry a certain demeanor, etc. Basically you have to be the alpha-male jock type or you aren't a "real man" and are gay or a sissy.
Well, according to Geek Feminism Wiki (that exists, apparently), it's when elements of patriarchy are harmful to men. I'm guessing an example would be something like a group of guys making fun of one guy who doesn't like sports sufficiently, or something.

This was a HUGE issue for me growing up as I am a guy and I could care less about sports. I was teased and belittled for it all the way into my late twenties. People wondered how I could be a self-respecting guy and not care about football.
