Even Judge Napolitano just said that Trump had a bad day and that Trump's attorney did an inadequate job of rebutting
Comey for his client.
The mouth dropping moment for Napolitano? When Comey said that he though that Trump was offering a quid pro quo that he could keep his job if he dropped the Flynn investigation.
Oh come on. At least try to be a little bit truthful to hold some credibility. Liberals were posting on here saying Trump should just resign immediately before Comey testifies or be impeached immediately because of the bombshells Comey was about to spill.
So what if a handful of liberals were over-reacting?

Shockingly--SHOCKINGLY--far too many posters do NOT seem to be able to grasp that it's not just Trump's words to Comey ("I hope you'll let this go," for example) that could be interpreted as an attempt to obstruct justice, it's the fact that Trump literally obstructed justice when he fired Comey! The act of firing him, the way it was done, and Trump's statements that followed together prove that Comey was correct in interpreting Trump's "hopes" as orders to "let the Flynn thing go." When Comey didn't end the investigation, he was fired...
What was Trump's objective in firing Comey? To obstruct justice!

After reading, Comey admitted he told Trump he wasn't under investigation. The Lefts' narrative for the last several months was Trump colluded with the Russians and that is why Hillary lost the election.
Trump "hoped" Comey would lay off Mike Flynn. Not cool behavior by Trump, but not an order and not obstruction of justice.
Comey thinks Trump "lies". That is Comey's feeling and opinion and nothing more. Who cares about Comey's opinion?
Trump fired Comey because he wouldn't publicly say Trump wasn't being investigated. Trump was pissed at him.
Bottom line: Trump was a jerk to "hope" Comey would lay off Flynn. There is not a shred of evidence Trump was a collaborator with Russia. Hillary lost because she was a lousy candidate. Comey was fired because he wouldn't publicly say Trump wasn't under investigation.....which was true.....not because Comey wouldn't lay off Flynn.

The FBI investigation was to determine if there was reason for the President to be "under a cloud".
Giving the President a free pass to do whatever he wants to do, ignoring the possibility of wrong-doing is not doing what is best for our country. The FBI Director is loyal to the Constitution of the United States, NOT to the President of the United States. And that's EXACTLY how it should be.
His testimony said he knew false statements about the president was being published. I don't agree with you. It has nothing to do with free passes. It is telling the American people false information about our president is being spread. It is time the press should be called accountable for what they are reporting. It is hard to depend on anything in the news anymore. This president has been treated unfairly by a lot of people. Time it stopped for the good of our country.

He didn't,t leak. He responded in the media to trump defaming him. If that was leaking then trump leaked to the Russians that comer was a nut job. Or the fbi was in disarray. Take your pick.
That's because the Russians were out to help Trump and weaken Hillery. What's your point.
The point is there would have would have been no mention of Russian interference in US elections, had Hillary won the election as Democrats assumed she would, ie, the election went as they had planned. It was after she lost the election to Trump that they fabricated the narrative about Russia's collusion with Trump and associates to defeat Hillary in the election.
