More bull**** coming from the far left media Washington Post and NPR. As Comey clearly stated there was no obstruction of justice, and besides the President cannot even be guilty of OoJ because he is head of the executive brand and can terminate anyone in the executive branch whenever he pleases for any or no reason at all.
1) Comey did not say that, at all
2) The courts have already ruled that acts that are lawful on their own (e.g. firing Comey) can still constitute obstruction of justice if done with corrupt intent (e.g. firing him with the intent (success not needed) of derailing an investigation into Trump and his associates and their ties to Russia).
The cult seems to have gotten it into their heads that Trump is simply immune from the law and can do whatever he wants without consequence. That's simply delusional.
It's telling that this standard was not applied when the Trump cult was screaming about Obama, Clinton, etc.
A former senior official said Mr. Mueller’s investigation was looking at money laundering by Trump associates. The suspicion is that any cooperation with Russian officials would most likely have been done in exchange for some kind of financial payoff, and that there would have been an effort to hide the payoffs, most likely by routing them through offshore banking centers.
