Lol. Seeing how snowflakes conservatives are, I can't wait to see what trademarks they freak out about.

Even Obama's and Clinton's liberal judges voted in favor. There must be hope.

That makes me question the outcome to be honest. Those three political hacks have never made a ruling that wasn't motivated by partisan politics.

The leftist justices typically join on to a decision like this only to ensure that the ruling is as narrow as possible. Had they been in the minority on this one or similar cases, the conservative majority would be more likely to go further in expressing their legal conclusions. But CJ Roberts likes to build consensus.

Makes us wonder what the last lower court ruling on it was.

Yes, it's Obama's fault that Syracuse change its team from Orangemen in 2004, Eastern Michigan from Hurons in 1991, and Stanford from Indians in 1972.

I'm wondering why he didn't vote. Did he have a conflict of interest?

When are American Indian Rez teams gonna DROP "Redskins" as their names?

Too: can someone say "soft racism" here with it being "Ok" for some darker skin people to ID as "Vikings", "Fighting Irish" and so on?
