As far as I can tell, intellect has cancelled any kind of substantive instinct in humans. We have the same facial expressions...that's about it. It might be arguable that language is instinctive.

That's about it. Humans are far too ready to kidnap, conquer, and then intermarry across races to claim that racism is "instinctive." If it were instinctive, interracial mating would almost never happen, but instead, it has always happened.

Who gives a crap what kind of earrings other women wear.

If these girls biggest problem is the earrings others wear, they are the luckiest girls on the planet.

Its a crying shame that women who have the privilege of attending college cannot find some far more worthy cause to support.

It's really an indirect way of looking at the advancements for people of color is that this is now a cause, unlike true causes like the civil rights movement.

We're getting fat, dumb and ignorant as a nation here.

Tho back when Jim Crow was getting killed: that stupid "Latina" would've been counted as "white" and be real happy about it.

I just find it so cute when college students use phrases such as "cultural appropriation" and "marginalized people" as if they actually have semantic content. It's just baby talk, of course. It's just so cute.

U.S. Court Rules Dreadlock Ban During Hiring Process Is Legal

Quote:
The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled against a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Catastrophe Management Solutions, effectively ruling that refusing to hire someone because of their dreadlocks is legal.

The lawsuit was filed by the EEOC on behalf of Chastity Jones, whose job offer was rescinded by Catastrophe Management Solutions, located in Mobile, Alabama. According to the case file, Jeannie Wilson, a human resources manager for CMS, commented on Jones’ dreadlocks during a private hiring meeting to discuss scheduling conflicts, telling Jones, “they tend to get messy, although I’m not saying yours are, but you know what I’m talking about.” Wilson told Jones that CMS would not bring Jones on board with dreadlocks, terminating the job offer.
