Innocent until proven guilty, that's the way it works. Looks like a politically driven lawsuit.

Unlike Sanders, Trump was actually convicted of defrauding thousands of students at Trump University and ordered to pay $25 million.

Thousands of people settle when not guilty.

Especially when you have way more to lose while the case goes on.



Saying only guilty people settle is like saying only criminals take plea deals.
