Russians failed in UN resolution as Security Council voted 8-4-3. Two countries voted with Russia, China & Bolivia.

Four abstentions.

As I read the reports and watched the TV on the UN security council meeting I couldn't help notice the similarities to the US government. Dysfunctional and constantly divided. Seldom able to agree on anything or get anything done. Full of obstructionist and others willing to push the limits.
