"A Marxist/Fascist/Liberal begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of socialism, and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism." Saul Alinsky
this statement seems to imply that the socialist/fascists/Marxist progressives aim to kill capitalism , bring us to socialism as a short stop towards the ultimate goal..."the paradise of communism"

I'll just quote myself:
Quote:
Government is an institution of power, authority, and control. It's the triumph of the collective over the individual. Statists seek to increase its power, authority, and control in service of trying to "fix" things in the present and craft a future utopia.
Quote:
I want a place of equal treatment by the law, free minds and free markets, where each adult is at liberty to succeed -or fail- on his or her own merits as an individual. I've had it with group-think and identitarianism and the last thing I want to ever see is authoritarian-enforced equality of outcomes.
Quote:
Meanwhile, I just want to remain a sovereign, free individual, able to live and work the way I deem appropriate, without more and more of my decisions, property, and privacy stripped from me, regardless of what the future holds. Meanwhile I'm for free minds and free markets and not using the coercive power of government to push either social justice or moral policing.
Quote:
I want humans to be able to succeed or fail of their own accord using free minds in free markets with as little government meddling as possible. I want humans to earn what they have and keep what they earn to the greatest extent possible.

just because the liberals want to push that part of their history under the rug, doesn't mean it didn't happen
1. Certain roads such ad US routes and interestates are federal. Schools, police, and fire Dept follow federal guidelines and usually accept federal money. And did we forget national parks?

2. Germany has had socialism far before the 40s. I believe their universal healthcare began in the late nineteenth century. Fascism and socialism don't run hand in hand. Modern Germany, UK, France etc are socialist and they seem to be doing far superior to the US in a number of aspects.

Germany is also what? 80 million people? 85 million? It's a much smaller country. There is not a country the size of the US that has proven it can work well.

No it's not

The communist countries weren't fully and truly communist and they didn't start with socialism either

We are much bigger in scale, and we have different issues than other countries. More people to provide for. more infrastructure to build.

Where are the regressives learning to love socialism from?

Where are those who believe in theft from?
