Did it have an impact? Sure.

Did it swing the election? Quite possibly. Trump's victory amounted to about 78,000 very well placed votes.

Could Clinton have made up for it by paying attention to states like WI and MI? Absolutely. She was a horrific campaigner who basically acted like she was above having to deal with the general population.

Even now if they pursue her for her crimes & "lock her up" She likely won't be put in the general population.
The election is in the past but her best use could be in the future.
Had she been elected that would be completely off the table. There may be equal justice still. It would restore faith in the FBI if she gets charged after a real investigation. She could be prison pen pals with Comey.
