Neither does killing thousands of animals for absolutely no purpose except personal satisfaction. They can't save the hides it's summer.

His comment is valid as it stands. He wasn't justify the freeing of these animals and neither am I. But pointing out that something is legal is not pointing out that something is also moral.

Wonderful. I'm sure the native wildlife in the area will be thrilled to know several thousand new non native predators have just moved in and tossed everything out of balance. Sorta like turning pythons loose in the Everglades.

We had a neighbor lose over 400 chickens in two nights to ONE Mink. They kill, scent it or pee on it and move to kill another one.

Mmmmm. Indeed . Let's not even mention the domestic predation this many Mink can do. Especially since they're accustomed to easy pickings.
