Of course the media focuses on Trump not the pledge to our country.

What makes you think that protesting the treatment of black males means they hate America? In fact, the few that I know personally love America, and the first amendment rights it gives to protest injustice and raise awareness through protest.

I find it ironic that at sporting events so many people are talking during the playing of the anthem, walking around looking for their seats or buying beer and hot dogs, or at home and sitting on their living room couches waiting for the game to start, and no one calls them unpatriotic or America hating, yet let a black man peacefully protest injustice on the national stage and white conservative America loses their minds.

If you're against this peaceful protest (they aren't violent or burning/stomping on the flag) then you are FOR racial injustice and police brutality. Plain and simple. WWI and WWII veterans fought and died for this right to protest. Forcing patriotism is NOT what the fight was all about and is more akin to what NK does.

I'll leave this here for Taratova.

Default Only patriotic NFL player = An anchor baby

You couldn't make this stuff up
The only patriotic NFL player was Alejandro Villanueva, born in Mississippi from Spanish (Spain) parents that were working there.

Now all conservatives are going to be holding an anchor baby as their heroe.

No, this is another Trump self imposed error. He has diarrhea of the mouth and no self control. Dear leader and his glorious victory caused this entire situation.

Nope.

First, it's the National Anthem ,not the Pledge of Allegiance.

I think the owners are wussies for not enforcing the contract terms the players agreed when they signed the contract.

That IS the equivalent to what is happening here. These players get paid a handsome salary to entertain, not protest. They are welcome to do anything they wish on any other day of the week, or even after the game.
That's fine, as long as you're in agreement that universities can fire professors who have views that go against the political views of it's students.
