I understand this will probably turn into another pissing match but I hope not. I want to ask you few questions with the total understand that we are a long way from proving anything. This is strictly hypothetical.
What if it was learned through the investigation that President Trump was aware of Russia's help during the election? What if it was learned that he lied about this knowledge and that he tried to cover up not only his knowledge but the involvement of those close to him?
Would he still retain your support? Would you feel that a President who violated the trust of the American people, just as Nixon did, with the behavior described above is still fit for office?

Since Russia didn't "hack" the election, I really don't care. It sounds like some shady communications, but that's it, nothing that compromises the nation.
If it comes out that Trump was indeed colluding with Russia then by all means charge him. On the flip side, if it turns out that he didn't do anything and it turns out the Dems actually did the collusion and illegal acts, will the Left acknowledge that and speak out against it?

That depends on how, exactly, Russia "helped". Despite mixed feelings about Trump, I dont believe Russia gave him the election. He won the primaries because
Republicans couldn't agree on a direction for their party that wasn't business-as-usual, and because Hillary was just awful.
You could produce an authenticated videotape of Trump doing to Putin what Scaramucci suggested Bannon do to himself and it wouldn't matter to the True Believers.

That may be true but there are plenty of Progressive True Believers that really believe the ends justify the means and they would be perfectly fine with the Democrats making this all up and being the ones that actually colluded with Russia, the FBI or spied on Americans illegally in order to take someone they didn't like out. There is actual evidence the Dems did just that and even the MSM doesn't care to report on it.

Please, they did not even speak out against it when they were caught rigging the election against Bernie...or giving the questions to Hillary for the debate....
