Man charged for killing 20-year veteran officer who tried to hel - KMOV.com So sad. Just trying to help out. His nickname was Teddy Bear! Also he was voted Police Officer of the year helping out other victims. He was a Police Officer that we all would aspire to be! RIP Lt Allan!!!!!

We had this posted earlier. I'm not a fan of Volunteer police officers. You can't hold people accountable you are not paying.

That out of the way, no one has the right to take the life of another outside of direct defense of another life. That certainly does not seem to be the case here, so life in prison and we have a family that will have a very difficult time dealing with this.
