2) You're having a meltdown. Honest question, just how many hours of TV\radio\internet do you listen to each day where the content is talk radio\news\political? You might want to dial it back.
The lesson I'm learning in all of this is that a guy like Trump is arguably less dangerous than some of our past presidents because he isn't smooth talking and able to woo public opinion.
We haven't invaded the middle east with an unnecessary war and we also haven't shipped 2/3rds of the US light manufacturing jobs and gutted private union rolls like other "more presidential" Presidents have managed to do.
While I don't like Trump, his personality and actions make him mostly harmless other than to the ears.
Wringing your hands over your concern of the world's opinion of the USA is about as fruitful as wringing your hands over whether or not the clique-y girls at school like you. It's a silly waste of time that only distracts you from being your best self.
Pull it together, live your own life, and stop worrying about what other people who live somewhere else think. Their opinions have *zero* bearing on their day-to-day life or more importantly, yours.

If Obamacare is so great, why did the Democrat exempt Congress from it? (Remember, no Republicans voted for it).
Obamacare is a failure and everybody knows it (except you, it would seem). It's a shame that there are Republicans who, now that their vote really counts, will not vote for repeal. They will pay the price.
Not only is Obamacare unconstitutional, it is probably the single worst piece of legislation ever to be passed by Congress (without one Republican vote) and signed by any President in the history of the United States.
