I don't know if there is a "Deep State" or not, but I do know this. The Media, most government employees, Education, and the entertainment industry are extremely Liberal/Progressive to the point of being radically so. That is what Trump is fighting. He is also fighting the Establishment Republicans who may not be Liberal/Progressive, but they want to maintain the government status quo, their power base, and their POLITICAL CAREERS for PERSONAL GAIN. They are threatened by Trump, and try to counter everything he wants to do.
Let's see....how many times did Trump change his party affiliation? Ivanka and Jared are registered Democrats, so which party is Trump claiming? What is Steve Bannon, because whatever he is....is what Trump is.
