Affirmative action was created to close the gap of disparity with women and minorities regarding education and employment, which was badly needed, IMO. Women still make less than men for the same job btw. So you want opportunities for women and minorities to stay the same as they were in the 60s. Sorry, but it ain't happening.

911 was a terrorist attack from some idiots from other countries. This weekend terrorist attack was done by one of our own. Domestic division and hate. Just be ause more people died in 911 it doesn't mean other deaths are less important
For me personally I think the Rodney king riots, the Oklahoma bombings, the Dallas police shootings and the shooting of the charleston church were far worse than 911 because the killers were some of our own. 911 gets all the attention because it was in NY and because of the number of fatalities.
And no gang related shootings are not worse than someone just getting killed because they belong to another political party or because of their beliefs. Whats next? Run over people with your car because they belong to a different religion? . Gangs will exist no matter what, they are part of society just like prostitution will always be. People killing each other over politics or beliefs is not part of a civilized society.
This was just a fight between idiots and everyone is just being drama queens. We will just have to see about the driver of the car and what his intent other than running people over was. Both sides started this fighting.
