If the president comes out today and modifies his initial weak and politically motivated statement about Charlottesville, should we believe what he says today?
Supposedly that's the plan. Will he tell them he doesn't support them and doesn't want their votes? Will he fire the Nazis in his own administration? We'll see. I'll be watching how people like duke and the daily stormer writers react.

Trump will mention (by name) that Nazis & White Supremacists suck (should have been more politically astute and mentioned them Saturday night, but he didn't).... even though he did say that all racists suck early Saturday.
- 35% of the people knows he knows they suck & won't care that he made a second statement.
- 30% of the people knows he knows they suck & will be relieved that he mentioned them by name.
- 35% of the people hate his guts & will state that Trump was a day late and a dollar short.

As long as Bannon, Gorka and Miller are still on the payroll everything he says rings hollow. Besides the fact that he's a lying liarton and I wouldn't trust his word on any given day.

It was obvious a leftist would start a thread like this. The only questions were how soon it would be created and what the thread would be titled.
Now, brace yourself for the wave of leftists saying he didn't mean a word of it and it was solely done out of pressure and backlash.
The latter part of that may just be true. Point is, those who hate Trump will dissect anything and everything he does or does not say, and focus 100% on the negative. It's just what they do.
He just mentioned each of the hate groups responsible for this past weekends protests. Just an FYI.
With the exception of KKK in general his script did not get specific and instead broadly referenced neo Nazi and White Supremist ideology.
Alt Wrong groups clam the weekend was a victory, disowned the driver and have applied for another permit to assemble/ match.
It will be interesting to see how the various groups react to their " glorious leaders" words.
