I just never connected North Korea with a nation that was coming specifically to take our food and water from the OP.

I thought that event would most likely be more a local thing.

Thanks for the replies. If the US goes to war with NK/China what effects do you think it will have here in the USA. Will there be losses? Can NK hit us with a missile or two? If so, what supplies other than food and water should be here on the West Coast have on hand. How do we prepare psychologically and prepare our children. You're right. I should have been more specific.

Why do you believe that? The eventual outcome would be NK being able to threaten neighbors with nukes.
