There are many reasons I'd never vote for Bernie, but the nail in the coffin was absolutely when he said that abortion rights were a distraction from "serious" issues, and since then has also promoted the idea that the Democratic party should support anti-choice Democrats. Nope, not, never, ever.
What happened to the big tent party? So because Bernie Sanders isn't an abortion enthusiast who is up there standing next to the likes of Martha "I enjoyed the hell out of my abortions" Plimpton and actually has tolerance for other people's opinions, he's supposedly a terrible person?
This is the most corrupt politician in American political history telling a guy who ran a clean campaign that he somehow sullied the purity of the Democrats. Ridiculous.

My party stands for recognizing women as competent human beings who are empowered to make medical decisions for themselves. Bernie Sanders is free to have or not have all the abortions he wants. I just demand that he accord that same right to me.
You don't need to be pro-abortion to be pro-choice, you just have to recognize that women are sentient humans with bodily autonomy.
And Bernie didn't remotely run a clean campaign, he ran a sleazy campaign, that's a documented fact, not an allegation. Stealing campaign data, lying about endorsements that were not received, campaign workers pretending to be union workers to infiltrate meetings, and of course the fact that he was an Independent who lied about being a Democrat and then admitted he only ran as a Dem because he knew he'd get more money and more publicity that way.
