That brings up an interesting point regarding Constitutional Rights. I have a developmentally disabled 52-year-old step-sister. Mental capacity of a 6-year-old. But she's registered to vote as that is her Constitutional Right. How is it not also her Constitutional Right to keep and bear arms (2nd Amendment)?
Look at the Federal form and laws on buying a gun. It clearly speaks to mental health, drug/alcohol addiction. There is no such mental/physical restrictions when it comes to voting.
"Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person “has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.”
Federal agents mistook a longtime Washington County employee for an illegal immigrant just as a nearby demonstration against arrests of undocumented immigrants ended at the courthouse in Hillsboro.
The mistake rattled Isidro Andrade-Tafolla, a married father of three children who lives in Forest Grove and has worked as a road maintenance worker for the county for nearly 20 years.
"It was frightening, disturbing, humiliating and I'm still trying to process being stopped because of my color and my race," he said Tuesday.
Yep, disturbing as hell just like being detained because your name, age and color match a murder suspect wanted in another state.
I've had that happen several times prior to computers in cop cars. I'm caucasian btw...

The Constitutional right to vote does not contain the 2nd Amendment's "shall not be infringed" clause.
The only branch paying any attention to the Constitution is the Judicial.
And sometimes not even them. Sometimes they worry about what people will think/say about them instead of what's written in law...
