Look at the Federal form and laws on buying a gun. It clearly speaks to mental health, drug/alcohol addiction. There is no such mental/physical restrictions when it comes to voting.

"Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person “has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.”

Yep, disturbing as hell just like being detained because your name,age and color match a murder suspect wanted in another state.
I've had that happen several times prior to computers in cop cars. I'm caucasian btw...

The Constitutional right to vote does not contain the 2nd Amendment's "shall not be infringed" clause.

And sometimes not even them. Sometimes they worry about what people will think/say about them instead of what's written in law...
