His focus is on the rule of law and nowhere is there more need for it than in immigration law. Both parties recognize that but fail to change it. By enforcing the law he puts pressure on congress to take action and stop the lip service and blame.

Sessions has always been hugely opposed to illegal immigration. Probably one of the reasons that Trump picked him. He's one of the few in politics that I'd call a true patriot.

Sessions hasn't been "only focused" on illegals. He's been a very busy guy so far this year. Along with his busts in sex trafficking/pedophilia trafficking/human trafficking rings, he's made some major busts with two major dark web marketplaces (child porn, illegal drugs, stolen documents--peoples stolen ID's and other documents, computer hacking tools, etc., etc.), and, the bust for the $1.3 billion health care fraud, and probably much more.

Why shouldn't his focus turn towards illegals?

"Why is Sessions always only focused on illegal immigration"

He isn't.

He is also focussing on rolling back state initiatives to legalize marijuana.

Is Sessions part of the swamp, incompetent or in over his head or what? He should resign if he's not up to the task.

He's just a simple-minded country boy. You wouldn't expect him to get very complicated in his policies. And it's hard to understand why he's still on the job, after Trump dissed him and kicked him around like a dog. He must not have much sense of personal pride, to have taken a job with Trump in the first place and to continue after that treatment. People like him will have a dismal future, after Trump is given the boot.

because he has always held distain for anyone who doesn't look like him.. Black/Asian/Middle Eastern !! He want's to maintain the Aria-nation philosphy... KKK doctrine. to be precise! Thus rolling back protections of non-white/immigrant society.. PAPERS PLEASE is his doctrine.. IF you don't look like me.. YOUR are a enemy of America type thinking!! Ohhh unless you can pay me millions to pad my wallet to pave the road for YOU!!

It's what happened back in the day... Pay off Politicians that get "BAD ACTORS" protections.. the HE$$ with refugee's and those fleeing murderous ethnic cleansing !!!

Sessions is a throw-back to pre-Civil Rights era ( Jim Crow etc etc) and was salivating his POWER to rollback protections!!! LOL.. He may NOT be able to prtect Trump from being Impeached and a lot of his close advisors from being indicted ( including himself) never mind PENCE .. BUT STATE cases may very well be able to indict and charge that Trump can do NADDA to protect such a band of thieves!!

Immigration right now in the negative save those Visa's that Trump's family sell off to deep pocket foreign donors!! Trump will be exposed 9 the drip drip has already suggests/thus panic of supporters and his legal team) Sessions has already exposed his biases.. Let's just see how that all works out for him/Trump and the GOP???

Getting rid of brown people is a subject near and dear to Beauregard's heart. It's a cause he's ALWAYS believed in.

He's also focused on swelling the coffers of our horrible private prison system.
