There was a time when this nation engaged in civil discourse, and such behavior would have been unheard of. Unfortunately, with the advent of social media, crude reality TV shows, and governmental leaders who talk filth like it's normal discourse, we now have a nation of uneducated, unhealthy, loud-mouthed bigots and know-nothings, who think such behavior is their right.

Judges use to give out punishments like this which served two purposes.
First, it teaches them a lesson, like you point out and one in humility.
Second, it keeps the jails and system unclogged for those who really need to be behind bars.

I'm sure with her entitlement mentality, she went of Facebook or Twitter to give a biased/skewed report of what happened to get her narcissistic view re-enforced. The sad thing is that people like this never really learn without being forced to. Their upbringing by permissive helicopter parent/s has really not prepared from for real life will be like.

They already are. It's in the water.

Along with BC pills, estrogen, Viagra yada yada . That's why we are so confused.

Some years ago, North Texas nursing student in Denton Texas had a class project. She went downstream from Denton, took a water sample and found out what the folks in Dallas were drinking.

All kinds of stuff they prolly could do without.

The person you are agreeing with is suggesting it is mostly from one side, not both sides.

You never know what kind of freak you're dealing with. If you're unstable enough to assault someone you're unstable enough to do the deed with a nasty substance.
