The GOP has no interest in health care, they have proven that for 7 years now going on 8. I guess suing Regarding the ACA and talking about death panels is their contribution to national health care.
It won't be enforced while Trump is President. Previously, the IRS was instructed to flag any tax returns where the health insurance questions (the 'meat' of the enforcement) were left blank. Trump issued an EO changing that IRS practice. People can now not have insurance, leave that information blank on tax returns, and not have their tax returns flagged for not answering the questions.
That's just Republican governance for you. They go out of their way to sabotage a public program, then argue "Government isn't working", then implement a "market-based" program that makes their buddies rich.

I'm looking forward to the list of real concessions Democrats are willing to make to fix the failed scheme they alone passed.
So far, I haven't heard of a single proposed concession by the Democrats to the Republicans. All I've heard is NO NO NO to any effort at reforming the failed scheme.

They have not been invited to help Fix it, but after today the Only way ACA can be reformed is with their help. The Repubs were not trying to Fix ACA, they wanted to Repeal it, so why would Dems even offer assistance
