Again, what's with the gender stereotypes? You then said that you didn't know if a blue bow would have been properly manly. Maybe he likes pink? Maybe it was the only bow he had at home?

Notice they didn't interview the guy live...he wasn't having that. I sure as heck wouldn't own that joke after being fired for it -- lol.

WTH?

I thought it was to educate folks on diversity and train them to be sensitive to the needs of different groups.

You know if your fellow lefties hear this they're going to find out where you work and get you canned?

The fact is that he brought a watermelon as a gift and he got fired. If you think this is normal, you are the one who is not very sharp.
It doesn't matter what he says. All that matters is what the aggrieved are saying.

He's a liar.

If you want to know the truth about what happened, ask Cali Doll.

Cali, I kid, but you ARE posting your opinion as though it's fact.

I don’t know if blue would have made them feel better. You’d have to ask those guys.

The fact remains, the pink bow is unusual. That’s common knowledge.

It's obviously only common knowledge to you. Lots of guys like pink and wouldn't think twice about putting a pink bow on a present.

Maybe and maybe not.

The fire dept. fired him for this. They didn't transfer him, they didn't suspend him -- they FIRED him. The union supports this firing. There is more to it.

They know he was making a dig. There is no way a union would allow this kind of firing without trying to transfer or work with this guy if there wasn't more to it. We all know how unions are.

Wait a second there Miss Cleo.

Are you assuming genders?

Also, are you also privy to what each firefighter identifies as?

Between this and the outing of sensitivity training as punishment you SJWs have some big time cognitive dissonance going on.

You're straying from the reservation.

(I'm allowed to use the word reservation because I'm not a SJW).

Eh, maybe I am. Ultimately, it’s speculation, but I do believe his actions (per the article) show his motive.
