She's a bitter hag who can't separate her personal opinions from her job. Ratings continue to tank, so what good is she? If she wants to talk politics, she can go work for CNN.

Her job is to give her personal opinion. And ESPN has always been ok with talking politics if it specifically has to do with sports.

so you are wrong on all counts.

It's almost as if the management at ESPN believes that the cure for a headache is to strike themselves repeatedly on the head with a 5-lb. engineer's sledge.

This woman is despicable and her BS is unacceptable. She needs to get fired. I couldn't use the langue she used toward the white house and now this issue.

ESPN sucks big time. Their rating are down and I hope the whole network tanks......

Mmmmmm....yeah....and calling for boycots of sponsors....many of whom advertise on ESPN as well?

Not sure I've ever seen ESPN embrace calls for a political boycott of a teams sponsors.

......and what WC Fields said about 100 years ago about mixing politics and business....thus angering half your customers holds true today.

ESPN president gone in 3...2....1......

P.S. LOL @ Al Sharpton....he won't even call for a boycott on Chicago and they friggin' murdered a black kid and tried to cover the whole thing up with a big payoff (oh and got away with it FYI). Remember, this whole issue is about BLM yet here is Sharpton willing to threaten ESPN for suspending someone threatening their own advertisers but um....he can't really take on LA, Chicago, NY police and politicians so much because then he wouldn't get those speaking gigs at the DNC or asked on MSNBC etc.

To be honest. I personally believe and think that Jemele Hill deserves the suspension. Not because of her political stance, but at a time in this country when we are all in an age of insensitivity. Jemele Hill can cause folks to be triggered by her opinon thus causing fowl language to be heard on both ends of political, social and racial spectrum. ESPN is owned by Disney, and Disney wants to be seen as a friendly family organization. Jemele Hill should be lucky that she is not fired, but only received suspension. At this time Jemele Hill needs to choose either if she wants to be a sports anchor, or start up an SJW platform to fight for black rights and the advocation of the end of DJ Trump as President. ESPN is not in the best interest of Jemele Hill. If this was a white man or a black man, or even to a certain degree a white woman making such remarks, ESPN would have fired such employees a long time ago. Employers are very touchy on firing black female employees.
