Based on one study California has an 5 extra House seats and Electoral College votes, Texas 2, NY 2 and Wash. 1. If they were reallocated based on the legal population everyone of them goes to red/purplish states and Trump won everyone of them this last election.

I don't know, you'd have to go and look and that's complicated question because it's relative to the populations in other states. FYI one of those seats and votes belongs to PA.

I'm pretty sure the debate questions given to her in advance were during primary season when she went up against Sanders but, right on to the rest of it.
