The people we hire to rob, beat, and kill on our behalf sometimes rob, beat, and kill outside the "rules"?

My goodness! I never thought that would happen.

My oh my.

42 USC 1988 - the prevailing party in Constitutional Civil Rights violations against the Federal Government comes with a discretionary award of attorneys fees to the Plaintiff if he or she is the prevailing party, even of only nominal damages are shown (based on Lodestar standards). Most States have equivalent State law statutes.

Every single case they've ever worked needs to be let go. Can't trust the integrity on any of them. This is why i try not to get too caught up in "crime rates". Dirty cops all over the place. And you better believe they were doing their dirt in black neighborhoods.

Baltimore is a black city. Of course they were in black neighborhoods. What do the LE officers look like that perpetrated these crimes? I mean other than the token white guy (someone needs to be in charge).

Black cops are usually worse than the white ones, because they try to impress their colleagues to prove their "tough on crime".

That is what happens when you use "affirmative action" in hiring. How else do you get police that "reflect the community" they are working in?
