Yes, it would, unless you can find a blue city or state in which Whites have purposely chosen to integrate into Black neighborhoods and schools.

Your article argues that a school that is 25% black, 25% Hispanic, 25% Asian and 15% Jewish is not integrated because it is only 10% white.

A school has to be, by the articles definition, 50.01% white to be defined as integrated. The problem, again, with your logic is that a 99% white school is considered just as integrated as a 50.01% one.

and a 50.01 minority school is also considered segregated.

Several years ago Oregon had such strict regs the pharma industry could not conduct clinical studies there. Don't know about now.

Every time I catch you making this argument using the Wash Post article, we go over this, so at this point im convinced you dont care that you are wrong, but for the sake of the people reading this post for the first time, ill explain it.

New York is one of the most segregated states for black students. It has the highest rate of black students in high-minority schools and the lowest rate of black exposure to white students.
minority = non white.

so a school can have 20 different types of minorities going there, but since it isnt majority white, it is considered segregated.

If you're so convinced you're correct, you should have no problem providing the quote from the article.

You said:

"Your article argues that a school that is 25% black, 25% Hispanic, 25% Asian and 15% Jewish is not integrated because it is only 10% white."

Where is it?

And in fact, the article specifically states:

"Black students are most segregated in the Northeast"

"The Northeast was the only region where, on average, the share of black students in almost completely minority schools has risen since 1968"

Source: UCLA's Civil Rights Project report

You do know what "share has risen" means, no? It means Blacks have been even more segregated.

Your article defines segregation based on being majority minority. We have already gone over this, you are reverting. it is sad that you cant have an honest discussion.

Oregonians (?) self identify as liberal in every poll on the issues taken by groups like Gallup and Pew.In the top 3-4 most liberal in the nation consistently, in fact. Out of the 7 people Oregon sends to DC, 6 are Dems. The state hasn't voted GOP for POTUS since Reagan swept every state except Mondale's own liberal Minnesota in 1984. They apparently have fairly liberal drug laws, as I know a couple that moved there specifically to take advantage of the pot laws.

Personal experiences aside, when a state as a whole takes the step of allowing people to choose their own gender on their DL's, or even claim they are neither male or female but gender neutral, its a liberal state. Not much doubt about it.
