The so-called "neo Nazis" are so small in number to be irrelevant and I would suspect jewish people have more to fear from them than blacks. Your other two examples are demonstrably false. What else do you have?
If you think those examples are false I can only suggest that you investigate further. Advocating better education is the point of my post. I think we can all benefit from reading more books, trying different varieties of news sources, and talking to different people. It really helps me to have conversations with black people and ask them what their experiences are. Empathy and education goes a long way.

They banned it because of complaints. WHO complained? That'll tell you what you need to know.
So then it's conservatives who are banning books? Anyway, books shouldn't be banned and the decision should be made by professionals, not parents. Librarians and other educators who know how to make an informed decision should be the ones in charge. If it was just a bunch of parents complaining, their discomfort needs to be heard but the educators are the ones who know how the book is being taught and how the meaning is being explained to the kids. This should be explained to the parents and no books should be banned.
