It is investigating all Russian collusion. Counsel can go where ever investigation takes them. There are no bounds for him I think. Only one can stop them is Rod Rosenstein.

This Dossier is a old news. Most of MSM is avoided publishing it citing unverified allegations. But no one knows who paid for it. There is theory about some one from Republican primary candidate, democrats and even FBI. But until know it is considered as right wing conspiracy. This is the first time some left wing news outlet confirmed about Hillary and DNC involvement in paying for this Dossier. Hillary and DNC paying for it a new and latest news. Dossier and its content is a old news.
One of Trump's original GOP challengers put up the initial seed money to start the dossier. Clinton and the DNC got involved later on paying to have it completed.
One poster on this thread said the original republican was Jeb Bush. I have no idea.

In this case the "thing" was presented to a Federal FISA Court for Warrants to surveil a Presidential Candidate and then it was "unmasked" by the members in the Obama Administration.

Nope they have a Bigger fish to fry, and if it costs Hillary in the process I doubt many would care.
This whole Russia thing has stunk from the start. There was never any real evidence yet the whole establishment was obsessed with getting an independent prosecutor in place. The other thing is this Russia narrative got going within 24 hours of the election.
Seems like maybe the establishment knew there were shenanigans between the Obama administration and Russia. But they were certain Hillary was going to win so they weren't worried. But then trump wins and they had their "oh ****" moment. So we immediately get inundated with vague claims about Russian electoral interference and Trump collusion with Putin.
Keep in mind, OBAMA was the one who told Medvedev that he would have more flexibility after the election concerning Russia.
The Russian narrative was going on well before the election.
