This is a completely nonsensical spin you've put on the situation. The Supreme Court dismissed the case, only because the 120-day ban that was granted, had expired, making the case moot. If Trump tries to carry-out a travel ban again, a new suit could be filed against it, as before.

The Supreme Court had already largely ruled in Trump’s favor.

They had already ruled Trump could do this.
