George Papadapoulos had contact with Russian officials AFTER he was officially named the Foreign Policy Advisor on the Trump campaign in April of 2016.

Uh oh......

The posters who point out that Manafort and Gates are being indicted on charges unrelated to any potential Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

However, George Papadapolus has just pled guilty to charges directly related to Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

This needs to be bumped. Papadopoulos admits that he was directly engaged with Russian nationals with ties to the Putin government who were seeking influence within the Trump campaign by providing "dirt on then candidate Hillary Clinton.

This IMO is much more serious to Trump than what Manafort and Gates are currently charge with.

Don't know yet, not that many details on it yet. Just report that he plead guilty and is a cooperating witness with Mueller.

Now there is a "Russian connection" yet Manafort and his tax evasion are main headlines.

Was it Russian officials or an overseas professor? Did they discuss dirt on Clinton? Would that not fall under OPP Research like the Russian research paid by DNC?

More pathetic deflection to Hillary. It's all you guys have. You know Trump and team are guilty, you know he's going down.
Who is George Papadopoulos, the Trump Campaign Adviser Who Suggested a Meeting with Russian Leaders?

Study up on his so called advisor. He is an entry level guy who worked for Ben Carson's campaign before switching to Trump. It is possible he was paid by the russians to infiltrate campaigns but does not prove collusion.

So we got three people who Trump kind of liked at one point. Mannafort -- this Papadopoulos and Gates?

Is this it -- or will more tumble. +
If Papa told Trump about that meeting, and Trump gave even tacit approval- theres trouble right there.

But that assumes that he has something on Trump in the first place.

Maybe he does. Maybe he doesn’t. But the possibility of it is enough to get leftists all giddy.
You're not all giddy about criminals conspiracy against the US to be going to prison?

Good to know there is at least one anti Trumper who wants to deport the illegal aliens.

Give it an hour. The Manafort info came out first, the Papadopolos stuff just hit. It will be all over the news shortly.
