She was on her bike on her DAY OFF when she flipped the bird to the Presidential Motorcade. She was not wearing ANY item of clothing or carrying ANY thing that indicated her employer.
But they fired her.
So much for free speech...bye buy American values, it was nice while it lasted.
She has the freedom to give the Prez the bird and her employer has the freedom to terminate her employment...it's a beautiful thing all the way around.

Except for that "bird" given to president is not going to affect him in any way, while the termination of her employment will have far-reaching consequences for her.
So talking (yet again) about that *freedom* and the price of it...

Either you have those constitutionally guaranteed rights or you don't. This case proves you don't.
There are no constitutional rights to a job. You do have a constitutional right to free speech; she hasn’t been arrested or detained for this, correct?

I was not well familiar with "At WILL" employment, but now when I looked into it, it gave me even better understanding, how deceptive the whole claim of "freedom and democracy" American way is.
Thanks for valuable information
Not deceptive at all. There is nothing in the Constitution saying Business shall have no right to regulate speech of employees which may harm it, nor should there be.
If it is a private employer, there should be no issue. Same with all the white supremacists who lost their minimum wage jobs after being outed on the internet after Charlottesville. If she really feels she has a case for discrimination, she can sue.

Nah, she was just fired by a third entity as a direct result off exercising her supposed inviolate right.

The left is always saying, you can say anything you want, but you have to accept the consequences of what was said....or something close to that anyway....
She screwed up...maybe it calmed her boiling blood....
