When you get to High School they'll teach you about the Constitution.
Free speech allows us to speak our minds to our government, not our employers!!!
Tell your boss what to do to himself (likely physically impossible) and then mention the First Amendment! LOL
Gotta love Government Schools!

Most States would toss that out. Behavior has consequences.

Not necessarily, she may have a wrongful termination lawsuit against her employer. With all the publicity surrounding this I’m sure there are lawyers standing at the ready.

Maybe the other person who swore on social media acknowledged their mistake and was sorry.

Maybe this immature jerk was proud and defending her actions.

I'm learning allrighty. Those 1st and 5th amendments are just so much hot air if your employer can abrogate them willy-nilly for a raised middle finger while riding your freak'n bicycle.

Did she negate those amendments when she signed her name to the contract?

She used her first amendment, she paid for it, isn't it the left who always says, you have the first amendment, but you may pay the consequences....she paid, to bad...

No, fascism is you telling a business what they can and can not fire an employee for.
