The government did not fire her. Her PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYER fired her because they did not want the negative publicity. No rights were violated.
Not necessarily, she may have a wrongful termination lawsuit against her employer. With all the publicity surrounding this I’m sure there are lawyers standing at the ready.
